Looking forward to speak at Swetugg Gothenburg 2024 (2024-09-16 - -17) on “Lessons learned from public sector cloud implementations”!

My talk, more of a conversation really, is about about the specific challenges on the cloudy road for Public Sector Sweden! How is Public Sector going about reaching for those cloud promises; Agile/fast, secure, compliant, and pay-per-use. Same as anyone Public Sector also wants to use modern AI services which are all in the cloud. No cloud, no AI!

Among the challenges associated with adopting a cloud approach are governance, managing partner and supplier relationships, ensuring security and compliance, transitioning skills, planning for change, and developing a proper strategy. My session is a run-down of the bold steps that will set you on a straighter path directly to the cloud!

This is how you create great community conferences with a wonderful experience for both speakers and of course the audience. You have speakers organise them! Speakers know what it takes and have a wide range of experiences from many different conferences. So when you see a bunch of speakers organise a conference – that’s a conference you will want to attend, because you just _know_ it is going to be great!
